LHH is partnered with a leading financial services compensation body as they recruit for an experienced PMO Planner to lead strategic project planning across a busy and complex portfolio.

You will support the development of high-quality project plans, ensuring alignment with planning standards, accurate resource allocation, and clear sequencing across all phases. Your expertise will be key in managing dependencies across multiple projects and providing executive-level visibility of key milestones, risks and delivery performance.

The role requires someone confident in both Agile and Waterfall environments, with a proven ability to navigate enterprise-level interdependencies. You will also play a central role in mentoring project teams, embedding best practices and promoting continuous improvement in planning.
