Last year, we proudly received a Michelin Key in recognition of our exceptional guest experience.We are now looking for an Engagement & Guest Experience Manager who is passionate about luxury hospitality and excited to be part of our journey as we continue to grow and elevate our offering. This is a highly dynamic role where no two days are the same.The RoleAs Engagement & Guest Experience Manager, you will:Lead the Front of House and Housekeeping teams, ensuring the delivery of seamless, 5-star guest experiences.Take ownership of the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring all touchpoints reflect our brand values and standards.Act as a brand ambassador, driving guest engagement and ensuring both corporate and leisure visitors experience the property in a way that aligns with the LVMH brand.Oversee the planning and delivery of exclusive use events for leisure guests, as well as corporate visits and brand activations.Collaborate with the House Manager and Sales & Finance Manager to meet revenue targets and control costs.Coach, train, and develop the FOH and Housekeeping teams to continually elevate service delivery and guest satisfaction.If youre looking to be part of something special and enjoy genuine rewards for your contribution, this could be the perfect next step.There are other roles available including a General Manager position at one of their brand new hotels so if this one isn\’t exactly what you are looking for get in touch and we can discuss other roles that may be.AMRT1_UKCT
