Hayward Hawk is delighted to be recruiting for a financial services client for a KYC Analyst in Belfast to join an existing project team. This is an initial contract until the end of the year with a very strong possibility of extension.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct KYC reviews
- Review and authenticate client documentation to confirm regulatory alignment and data integrity
- Conduct in-depth due diligence for higher-risk client profiles in accordance with internal policies
- Ensure client records are accurately maintained and updated in relevant systems
- Work closely with compliance and operations teams to address inquiries related to client verification
- Detect and report any potential compliance concerns or unusual client activity to senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in financial risk, control functions, or a similar compliance role
- Naturally inquisitive mindset with strong critical thinking skills
- High level of precision and an ability to manage detailed tasks with accuracy
- Clear, professional communication and a collaborative working style
