MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with an established and growing Practice located in South Belfast, looking to recruit for an Accountant on a full time, permanent basis.
The Company: This company are Registered Auditors and Chartered Tax Advisors. A professional, forward-thinking accounting practice delivering tailored tax and accounting solutions to a wide client base. With established offices in Tyrone and Belfast, they provide a range of services to both private individuals and businesses. From accounts production and audit to business planning, tax advisory, and payroll. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving and expanding practice.
Job Duties of the Accountant include:
- Working with a portfolio of clients across a range of industries (charities, credit unions, sole traders)
- Accounts Preparation (statutory accounts)
- Potentially some Audit work
- Other ad hoc duties
What you need to be the Successful Accountant?
- Qualified (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by experience
- Extensive experience in accounts preparation (statutory accounts)
- Practice experience is preference
- Open to industry experience - must be able to do full sets of accounts
