Some of your duties will include:

  • Troubleshooting incidents reported from instigation stage through to completion
  • Providing application support including installation, configuration and upgrading
  • Managing SQL performance issues – SQL Server – and resolving all matters
  • Supporting numerous applications on mixed Windows/Linux Server platforms
  • Dealing with some Linux/Unix systems administration – Redhat and CentOS
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing network/infrastructure issues – DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and Firewall
