  • At least 6 months of experience in a credit control or finance-related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport
  • Basic understanding of credit control processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing the company’s debtor ledger
  • Contact customers to chase outstanding payments via phone and email
  • Allocate customer payments accurately
  • Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all credit control activity
  • Support the wider finance team with general administrative duties
