- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with managing the company’s debtor ledger
- Contact customers to chase outstanding payments via phone and email
- Allocate customer payments accurately
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer queries
- Maintain up-to-date records of all credit control activity
- Support the wider finance team with general administrative duties
