I'm working with a client who are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to lead paid marketing efforts for their mobile games. You'll manage high-impact campaigns across multiple platforms to acquire new players and scale growth profitably. This role works closely with product, analytics and marketing teams.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize UA campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs like CPI, ROAS, LTV, retention
- Own channel-level budgets and deliver efficient spend outcomes
- Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate ad creatives
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on UA experience in mobile games
- Proven success managing performance campaigns at scale
- Strong analytical skills with Excel, campaign dashboards, or SQL
- Experience with casual mobile games
- Cross promotions, working with monetisation and live ops teams
- Experience with analytics
