Our Support Worker role is an integral part of the team, ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and their wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual. It is an incredibly varied and rewarding role as you will be helping people in your area to improve their quality of life, achieve their goals and make a very real and positive difference.

As an organisation we provide support every day of the year, our roles will therefore involve working both weekdays and weekends. Our Support Worker opportunity in Clacton involves working 8 hour shifts either on an early or late shift pattern, hours of work will fall between 07:30am-10:00pm.
