We are looking for a Property Management Administrator to join us at Huws Gray! If you’re in the trade or have ever tackled a home improvement project, you’ve probably heard of us. We’re the Huws Gray Group, comprising brands such as Huws Gray, Hirebase, Civils & Lintels, The Timber Group, PDM, NDI, and Anglia Tool Centre. Our branches across the UK serve and support local communities with building materials, and we need the right people to continue this success.
As a Property Management Administrator, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Property Director, Head of Group Services, and Head of Property, as well as maintaining the property management database.
Here’s an overview of your responsibilities as a Property Management Administrator with Huws Gray:
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure all property rents are paid/received by due dates, in line with contractual commitments, including liaising with landlords and managing agents.
- Coordinate weekly Property Team meetings and itineraries.
- Manage the Property Director’s diary, including scheduling appointments, arranging accommodations, and handling emails and post.
- Maintain a log of repairs and maintenance issues instructed by the Facilities Management team for regular reporting on costs.
- Assist in expanding the list of approved suppliers across our regions, ensuring they provide updates on accreditation, insurances, and contractor management requirements.
- Support the Facilities Manager in administering preventative maintenance programs and collating reports for remedial works for review by the Property Steering Group.
