Our client, a highly respected commercial law firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic and expanding Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to launch their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, working on significant and varied commercial property matters.

About the Role: This role offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor to gain exposure to high-value real estate transactions and to work with a broad client base across sectors such as retail, renewable energy, and investment. You'll be given responsibility from the outset, with strong mentorship and training to support your development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management for a range of clients.
  • Supporting due diligence on property transactions including reviewing title, drafting reports, and managing property searches.
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, and other property-related documents.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary matters including finance, corporate, and planning.
  • Contributing to client relationship management and participating in team business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • A recently qualified Solicitor (NQ 1 year PQE) with a training seat in Real Estate or a strong interest in the sector.
  • Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in building client relationships.
  • Commercially aware and keen to learn and grow within a leading practice.
