The position will be running a slitting machine to rework or slit orders down to the customer specification. There may also be some warehousing duties from time to time.
Your duties will include:
- Slitting pre printed labels onto rolls as per the customers spec.
- Learning how to manufacture blank labels.
- Helping with Warehousing and Dispatching.
- Helping in other departments if needed.
The position is permanent and full time for the right candidate.
Schedule:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday Thursday 08:15 to 16:45 and Friday 08:15 to 15:00
- £14.20 per hour
There will be sufficient training given in all tasks.
Ideal candidate:
- Reliable and punctual
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Flexible to do some overtime if needed
- Experience running any Label Press will be viewed favourably.
