Reed Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a client based in Lisburn who have an opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join their team for a minimum of 6 months to cover a period of maternity leave. This is a contact opportunity, office based, from 8:30am to 5pm with an earlier 3pm finish on Friday.
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Accounts Administrator will provide support to the finance team and will assist with all aspects of accounts to include:
- Accounts Payable, processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts, dealing with queries and processing payments
- Accounts Receivable including credit control and issuing of invoices
- Assisting with tax returns, VAT, PAYE
- Bank Reconciliations, prepayments and accruals
- Produce weekly and monthly reports
- To liaise with other departments
- Assist with day to day administration tasks and any other duties as required
The Person:
- GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in Finance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Sage proficient
