A Delivery Engineer is an advanced position for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in eDiscovery and proficiency in all Solutions Specialist. This role requires a deeper understanding of the eDiscovery lifecycle and the ability to manage more complex projects. The Tier 2 Analyst will execute tasks and oversee the work of Tier 1 Analysts, ensuring quality and efficiency in deliverables.

The day-to-day tasks of a Delivery Engineer include but are not limited to:

  • Preparation of data from clients for processing.
  • Conducting advanced data processing and culling using in-house workflows.
  • Loading data received from opposing parties into legal review platforms.
  • Running post-processing activities including redactions, machine translation, searching, and data exports.
  • Working on and delivering advanced, custom productions at the direction of our client including clawback requests.
  • Processing data through in-house applications and tools.

Delivery Engineers are expected to be able to:

  • Communicate project statuses, issues, and expectations clearly and timely to colleagues, management, and clients.
  • Be proficient in all tasks performed by a Tier 1 Analyst.
  • Work collaboratively with a team in a follow-the-sun model, aiming to improve customer experiences.
  • Deliver all tasks with accuracy and within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mentor and train Solutions Specialists, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Apply critical thinking and experience to solve problems as they arise.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development to stay current with industry standards.

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in eDiscovery.
  • Strong project & task management skills.
  • Working knowledge of eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Nuix.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
