Working across diverse healthcare services, you’ll empower teams to focus on delivering life-changing care and support, backed by robust health and safety systems.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the Head of H&S to shape and implement innovative, forward-thinking health and safety strategies that drive organizational excellence.Transformational Approach: Lead initiatives that elevate safety culture across diverse services, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of both staff and service users are central to everything we do.Impactful Communication: Act as the key advisor to senior leadership, providing expert guidance on complex safety matters and ensuring policies and procedures are understood and embraced at all levels.Team Empowerment: Inspire and mentor a team of H&S professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared responsibility.Data-Driven Decision Making: Use your expertise to deliver meaningful insights, ensuring our safety programs are both effective and continuously improving through audits, risk assessments, and targeted interventions.Hands-On Support: Take an active role in the implementation of health and safety initiatives, from training to on-the-ground risk management, ensuring practical application of policies.About YouProven Experience: You’ve led health and safety programs in complex, multi-site environments, ideally within a healthcare or CQC-regulated setting, and you know how to adapt strategies to fit diverse needs.Strategic Vision: You can see the bigger picture, understanding how safety is integral to the success of the entire organization.
