Grafton Recruitment are actively recruiting for an experienced Transport Business Manager to join our client team based in the Greater Manchester area. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the site operations, including financial management, business development, strategic planning and team management.
THE ROLE:
- Ensure compliant, efficient and effective operation.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse financial reports, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.

- Strong knowledge of Health and Safety rules/ IOSH/NEBOSH training qualification is required.
- Possess valid CPC Transport Manager Qualification.
- Financial and Business Acumen.
- Capable of demonstrating a high level of initiative and be able to communicate effectively with staff and management teams.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
