A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst to join our London based global law firm on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-user support for firm-approved applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, iManage, Litera ChangePro, InTapp Time, and BigHand.
- Support remote computing solutions (VPN, VMware) and assist with videoconferencing across internal and external locations.
- Configure, install, and maintain software, PCs, laptops, printers, and networking hardware.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory and coordinate equipment relocation.
- Work collaboratively with other Technology team members on installations, upgrades, training, and documentation.
