The Job Role: The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee a busy hotel restaurant and bar operation, supporting weddings, conferences, events, and other outlets within the hotel when needed. The manager should motivate the team to provide exceptional service and leave a positive lasting impression on all customers. Enjoying training and developing staff is essential. The role requires working 5 days over 7 and reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager.
The Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the ability to maximise sales opportunities through up-selling. Previous experience with rotas, budgets, and GP is a must. The manager should enjoy training and developing staff to ensure they deliver their best and can work in a variety of environments. Experience in conferences and events within a similar venue is required. A strong individual with a resilient can-do attitude and a hotel background is necessary. A passionate, hands-on individual looking to develop their career is preferred.
