Overview: We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Brand Manager to strengthen customer engagement through tailored marketing support. This role is focused on helping clients grow by leveraging a full suite of marketing tools — from lead generation to co-branded content — rather than just selling products. You'll act as the link between customers and internal teams, ensuring our partners gain real value from our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and growth
  • Help clients maximize marketing tools including brochures, POS material, digital assets, and partner benefits
  • Deliver training and support on systems and resources
