Transformation Managers

I am seeking Transformation Managers to support the coordination, execution, and success of transformation initiatives for our clients in United Kingdom.Responsibilities:Analyse, lead and manage transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change initiatives.Monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, providing regular updates to C-suite and senior leadership.Contribute to the management of larger initiatives or programmes, assisting with planning, execution strategies, and monitoring of progress.Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the transformation process.Solicit feedback from stakeholders at various levels to gauge the effectiveness of changes, and identify areas for improvement.Analyse relevant data to measure the success and impact of implemented changes, refining strategies and improving outcomes using findings.Requirements:Experience leading transformation projects in a fast-paced, high growth environment including Private Equity backed environment or consultancy.Strong project management skills, ability to oversee multiple initiatives, manage resources, and deliver outcomes effectively.Good stakeholder management skills.
