We are looking to recruit a School Cleaner (Keyholder) for one of Nexgen's School / Academy partners in the Gosport, PO12 area.
Monday to Friday 4am - 7am. You will have keys for the premises due to the early start time. 15 hours a week at £12.21 per hour.
Core Responsibilities - Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:- Dust, damp wipe or wash walls, skirting boards, hand rails, ledges, window sills, radiators, lifts, doors and frames.
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hoovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap, toilet rolls, paper towels.
- Clean kitchens, toilets, urinals, hand basins and sinks.
- Prior professional Cleaning experience.
- IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
