Our Services

At Glenrothes supported living, we support up to 12 customers within their own homes. We promote independence and community involvement by creating bespoke support packages based on the allocated hours of support for individuals. We support with various aspects of daily living activities as well as personal care in line with the needs of the people we support.

Responsibilities

  • Providing essential support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Assisting customers during outings and appointments, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • Promoting independence through our Person-Centred approach, helping individuals achieve their personal aspirations.
  • Keeping accurate records to ensure the highest standards of care.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • A creative and flexible approach to working with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience is a plus, but not essential—your compassion and dedication are what truly matter!
