The Business: We've partnered with one of the biggest food companies in the UK, who own some of the most well-known brands in the category. They have an enviable brand portfolio and are constantly looking to innovate their product range and category. They hire high-calibre individuals and work closely with the team on their personal development and learning opportunities.

The Role: As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for looking after one of the business's beloved and most well-known brands with a focus on driving growth, managing brand strategy, and expanding licensing opportunities across new markets. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and deliver marketing plans with an allocated budget to achieve agreed objectives of sales, profit and market share. The role will include leading the brand strategy in the UK market, bringing NDP to the market, managing artwork development for packaging of the brand, providing regular analysis of the brand performance, managing the brand budget and P&L, as well as defining the media strategy of the brand.

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years experience in Brand Marketing in the FMCG industry - in the food industry is advantageous
  • Ability to analyse data from Nielsen/Kantar/IRI
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Proven success working on FMCG brands
