As Chief Revenue Officer, you\’ll shape and execute the go-to-market strategy, scale the sales function, and drive recurring revenue growth. The aim: triple ARR and position REG as the go-to platform in both insurance and adjacent regulated industries.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute a scalable enterprise-focused GTM strategyBuild and lead a high-performing sales teamDefine sales structures, processes, and KPIs to support ARR growthCollaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to drive alignmentExpand into new regulated verticals with clear market-entry strategiesPersonally lead and close high-value enterprise deals in early stagesDeliver playbooks, forecasting frameworks, and sales enablement toolsSkills and ExperienceProven track record of scaling B2B SaaS revenue from £5m+ to £25m+, with experience navigating growth inflection points and delivering consistent, compounding ARRRegTech or FinTech background is a strong advantage.Experience leading and scaling multi-functional commercial teams (sales, marketing, partnerships, customer success)Deep fluency with SaaS metrics and commercial levers, pipeline coverage, CAC:LTV, churn, expansion revenue, etc.Strong strategic vision with hands-on operational capability, comfortable toggling between board-level planning and rolling sleeves up to executeDemonstrated success designing and implementing scalable sales systems, processes, and playbooksPeople-first leadership style grounded in values, trust, and clarity; brings coaching experience, emotional intelligence, and commercial rigour in equal measureSalary and BenefitsCompetitive base salaryPerformance-based commissionEquity SchemeCity of London based with some hybrid flexibilityWhy Join REG Technologies?This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth SaaS business with a clear product-market fit and real ambition.
