Jefferies Credit Partners (“JCP”) is a leading private credit manager and the asset management arm of Jefferies Finance LLC (“JFIN”). JFIN was founded in 2004 as a 50/50 joint venture between Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (“MassMutual”) and Jefferies, to invest in middle market direct lending transactions.
We are hiring a Private Credit Product Strategy Analyst / Associate in London. This is a multi-faceted role and will afford broad exposure across product strategy and business development initiatives in EMEA and APAC, supporting our team of Private Credit Investment Specialists and working in close collaboration with Investment and Capital Formation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Perform competitor and market research to inform product design, positioning and development.
- Support investor-related fund formation initiatives – creating/maintaining marketing materials and product launch collateral.
- Thought leadership and content creation – supporting Investor Solutions and Marketing teams to create thoughtful content for investors.
- Business Development: Work closely with Investor Relations in New York to advance investors across the full fundraising cycle and coordinate diligence and follow-up requests.
- Perform investor research to support roadshows/events and manage investment pipeline updates and corresponding tracking.
- Help to build relationships and further solidify the success of the franchise.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years client-facing/investor servicing experience within private markets, asset management or investment banking.
- Degree/Master’s qualified with a record of academic achievement.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Skilled in coordinating projects and stakeholders, with the ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive projects within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Fluency in another European language would be advantageous.
