Circle Cheshire Clinic in Northwich is part of Circle Health Group, Britain’s leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. Circle Cheshire Clinic is a new healthcare facility in Northwich, and are recruiting outpatient musculoskeletal bank physiotherapists to support their service.
Circle Health Group has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join our friendly and motivated team of staff working on the hospital Physiotherapy Department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.
Duties of this role include:
- Support the team to deliver care that helps improve the health of the individual and wider community.
- Support the team in demonstrating compassion through effective relationships based on empathy, respect and dignity.
- Provide musculoskeletal physiotherapy assessment and treatment in an outpatient setting through face to face and virtual pathways.
- To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and to organise this effectively and efficiently, taking into account clinical priorities and use of time.
- To undertake comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of patients including those with a variety of simple to complex presentations.
- To keep up-to-date with clinical protocols, guidelines, pathways and new trends, developments and research for the benefit of clinical practice.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to team working and service improvement.
