About the Role: We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Support Worker to join our dedicated team. You will play a key role in providing high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals with varying needs, helping them live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals in their daily routines including personal care, meal preparation, medication, and community activities
  • Promoting independence and dignity at all times
  • Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
  • Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
  • Driving service users to appointments, social activities, or outings as required

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Previous experience in care or support work (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Right to work in the UK – We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role
  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach
