Our long established and very successful client specialises in the installation and supply of Mechanical Services on large scale residential projects and commercial developments in the South East. They are looking to recruit a Senior Mechanical Building Services Estimator reporting to the board. This is a key role within the business. You will be responsible for bid management on projects typically to £10M Mechanical Value, overseeing bid strategy and forthcoming projects.
Our client believes in empowering their staff and a proportion of working from home will be encouraged if wished. Typically you will need to attend the office two days per week with occasional client meetings generally in Central London. We are ideally looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator who can access the South London / Croydon area.
Our client is looking for an established professional with at least 8 years experience of Mechanical Estimating in the Residential and/or commercial area and design experience into estimating from Riba stage 2 & 3. In addition to an excellent, market-leading base salary there is a performance bonus system in place and other benefits including full private Health Cover and a comprehensive professional development allocation.
