The Role: Plumbing Vocational Trainer
Full time | 4 Full days and 1 Half Day of your choice
Salary: Up to £34,700 per annum
Annual leave: 30 days
You'll deliver City & Guilds qualifications up to Level 3 in Plumbing, covering both practical and theoretical elements - from core plumbing techniques to safety practices and employability skills.
What You'll Need:
- A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Plumbing, Construction, or a related trade
- A teaching qualification (PTLLS, AET, CET) - or willingness to work towards one
- Solid understanding of safe site practices, including working at height
- Experience teaching vocational skills (ideally in adult or prison education) or the confidence to transition from industry to training
- Enthusiasm, resilience, and a people-first mindset

The successful candidate will be required to obtain the appropriate prison clearance before starting the role and maintain this throughout employment.
