Your mission: You’ll be leading a group of talented content designers, working across the cross-functional teams that make up Product Discovery in onboarding — a squad that acts as the ‘Window to Wise’ and shaping people’s first experiences and interactions with us.
How you’ll be contributing:
- Collaborating with your product design, product management and engineering partners to lead the teams, set the vision and strategy, and coach teams to deliver it.
- Working on the exciting growth area of our Business product, specifically the discovery journey, and setting the direction for upcoming work.
- Planning and prioritising the work and hiring and onboarding new designers as needed.
- Working with design leaders from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers.
- Using your design leadership skills to up-level quality, maturity and alignment across the onboarding squad.
