As a Graduate UX/UI/Service Designer, you’ll join our Design team in September 2025. This full-time role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact and kickstart your career. You’ll be onboarded with the global Graduate cohort in one of our offices and learn the basics of being a Wiser. During the Design graduate programme, you will spend the first 9 months working in one of our product teams, where you’ll shape useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences. You will then rotate into a second 9-month placement with a different team within the same squad and add breadth and depth to the skills you developed in your first placement. At the end of the 18-month grad programme, you will settle into your permanent role.
Your time will be spent working and learning in product teams, where you’ll shape useful, usable, and memorable customer experiences. You’ll be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system. Because people without borders need money without borders.
Your mission:
- You’ll be mentored by several Designers at Wise, collaborating with other Wisers and fellow grads on cross-functional projects.
- You’ll have plenty of room to grow and help to define your scope.

Qualifications
What does it take?
- You are graduating in 2024 or 2025 from a Bachelors or Masters degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design or similar.
- You are able to start a full-time graduate job in September 2025.
- You’ve got a portfolio that demonstrates a mix of well-crafted and user-centred work.
- Strong visual design skills and a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products.
- You’re able to clearly rationalise your decisions to other team members.
- You’re curious about learning from user testing and iterating on your work.
Nice to have:
- Mobile interface work and prototyping.
- Eligible to work in London.
And these would be great, but aren’t essential:
- Understanding of how to design responsive web experiences.
- You have knowledge or experience of creating production-ready deliverables.
