Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Drive the design strategy and direction within the Account squad, shaping current and future work towards a north star.
- Use the full range of Product Design skills to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully-crafted experiences that customers love.
- Set a high bar for design excellence, producing high-quality work no matter how big or small the task may be.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and solve complex problems with cross-functional partners.
- Actively foster a healthy design team culture, shaping our collaborative practices and mentoring budding designers.

- You’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales.
- You practise evidence-based design, and can articulate your decisions clearly and credibly.
