Join our dedicated team at Rivervale Country Private Care, a small well-established and respected family care home in the heart of Northern Ireland, as our new Deputy Nursing Manager. Youll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding care and supporting the Home Manager in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities: Support the Home Manager with the overall clinical and operational leadership of the home. Lead, mentor and support the nursing and care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Conduct care assessments, develop care plans and ensure compliance with NMC standards and regulatory requirements. Promote a positive, safe and caring environment for residents, families, and staff. Assist with staff supervision, training, and development. Requirements: NMC Registered Nurse Previous experience in a care home or similar clinical setting.
