In House Lawyer

An international law firm is looking for an In House Lawyer to join their London team.The ideal candidate for this role would be an experienced in-house compliance professional, or fee earner with commercial experience looking to make a move in-house.Key Responsibilities for the In House Lawyer role:Advise on and negotiate client terms of engagement, including outside counsel guidelines, master service agreements, RFPs, and tenders.Support supplier onboarding and contract negotiations, including reviewing supplier DD and commercial terms.Advise on legal tech contracts and innovation initiatives involving third-party tools and platforms.Supervise junior members of the in-house team involved in commercial contracting and compliance matters.Assist with internal legal training, including induction programs for new joiners.Qualifications:Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE.Strong experience in commercial contracts.Clear communicator, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and explaining legal issues to non-lawyers.Proficient with MS Office and document management systems.
