Salary: £32,000 – £34,000 Basic | OTE: Up to £38,000
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30–17:30 | 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:30–13:00

MOT Tester – Key Responsibilities:
Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards with accuracy and efficiency
Identify and advise customers on any required repairs or follow-up work
Complete all MOT paperwork and records promptly and correctly
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
Support the wider workshop team with vehicle servicing and maintenance when required
Adhere to all workshop health, safety, and environmental guidelines
MOT Tester – Skills & Qualifications:
Valid MOT Tester licence (DVSA approved)
Previous experience performing MOT tests in a busy workshop
Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics, servicing, and repair
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Full UK driving licence
