MOT Tester Main responsibilities:
- Carrying out MOT tests to the highest of standards, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Advising customers on the outcome of their tests, and any remedial work that may be required
- Ensuring all paperwork is fully completed and up to date
- Maintaining a good working relationship with customers
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of customer service
- Following all Health & Safety regulations
MOT Tester Technical skills and qualifications:
- Relevant MOT tester qualification
- Proven experience working in a similar role
- Good working knowledge of vehicle diagnostics
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Full UK driving licence
