We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Liquidity & ALM, International Treasury, Vice President to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in Manchester or London - HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive liquidity optimization of the broker-dealers across the region taking into consideration various constraints.
- End-to-end liquidity risk (including intraday) management including monitoring and management of the Liquid Assets Threshold Requirement (LATR) and Liquidity Stress Testing (LST) in close co-ordination with the EMEA Funding Desk and Finance.
- Understanding of the liquidity requirements under the FCA’s MIFIDPRU investment firm requirements.
- Liquidity assessments for all new client prospects and new product proposals.
- Drive consistency and implement best practices through close collaboration with Global stakeholders.
- Deliver Treasury related documents including liquidity policies, Contingency Funding Plans, ILAAs, elements of Recovery Plans etc.
- Support with regulatory, second line and internal audit exams/reviews including remediation of issues.
- Represent Treasury at various forums/committees on liquidity related topics.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent qualification.
- 4+ years of banking experience in a Treasury or Risk Management function with strong focus on liquidity management.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Good project management and report writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
