Overview

We are a progressive IT Managed Service Provider based in West Yorkshire seeking a 3rd Line Engineer to join our growing technical team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled and motivated engineer with experience in infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies. You’ll be responsible for managing escalated incidents, delivering some projects, and maintaining the IT estate across over 300 client networks. This is a key technical role requiring deep expertise across a range of technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality 3rd line support for complex technical incidents escalated from the service desk.
  • Deliver and support various infrastructure-related projects.
  • Independently manage and deliver small-scale projects.
  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance the infrastructure environments of multiple clients (300+ networks).
