My client operates two very popular moorland hotels and its own fabulous well-established brewery. This is a great opportunity to join an authentic hotel in the heart of Dartmoor offering good quality individual accommodation, award winning restaurant and very popular evening space.

Duties & Responsibilities
Working closely with the General Manager, you will work across all areas of the business supporting the operation and ensuring the highest level of customer service with a particular focus on food and beverage and the running of a range of events and weddings. This is a good quality destination hotel, bar and two rosette restaurant offering excellent locally sourced food, a good range of drinks and ales and well-appointed bedrooms and is popular with tourists and locals alike. You will work on a rotational basis and oversee all departments in the absence of the General Manager. You will need to do some sleep overs and duty management shifts where you will be provided with accommodation.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position candidates should come from a hospitality ideally hotel background ideally with a good level of management experience. You will be hands on in your approach, with a real love of Food & Beverage and ideally Events as this is where you will focus the majority of your time. You will be a 'team player' and lead from the front. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to lead others and have a commercial approach to their work with a genuine guest focus.
