House Party is looking to recruit new house mates with two positions: Floor Staff and Floor Usher. We are looking for fun and exciting house mates.
Floor Staff Description
We are looking for energetic and responsible Floor Staff to help maintain an unforgettable experience at House Party. You'll be the friendly face moving throughout the party, helping guests stay safe, enjoy their drinks, and keeping the space tidy.
Responsibilities
- Move throughout the floors and rooms to ensure guests are comfortable and having fun.
- Maintain cleanliness and assist in clearing empty cups, bottles, and rubbish.
- Support bartenders by taking drink orders, running drinks, managing supplies, and tidying the bar area as needed.
- Engage with guests in a respectful and professional manner.
- Increase the atmosphere throughout the floors and rooms.
Requirements
- Ability to engage with guests, with an outgoing and approachable personality.
- Create that welcoming house mate feel.
- Able to stay on your feet and move around for extended periods.
- Able to work busy days and late nights.
- Work well with others supporting other department areas of the house.
- Work well with direction and read the room.
- Must be 18+ or 21+.
