Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire

Contract: Flexible temporary roles (day-to-day, short-term and long-term)

Salary: £125.00-£168.80 per day (depending on experience and/or qualifications)

What you will need:

  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or pending completion of your ECT year
  • A passion for helping children thrive and a willingness to keep learning
  • Strong classroom presence and good communication skills
  • A reflective, flexible approach and a readiness to adapt to different settings
  • An understanding of positive behaviour strategies and classroom routines
  • A minimum of 6 weeks’ UK classroom experience (placement or post-qualification)
