The Job:
- Perform MOT tests on a range of vehicles, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Inspect vehicle components including brakes, lights, steering, and tyres for functionality and safety.
- Diagnose faults and recommend necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and ensure all paperwork is completed in accordance with regulations.
- Communicate findings clearly to customers, providing explanations of any issues discovered during testing.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment.
- Team player willing to assist in workshop carrying out light vehicle maintenance, when not performing MOTs.
