We are recruiting for an experienced Import / export operations clerk for our client who deals within fine art / high valuable shipping including paintings, antiques and sculptures. We are looking for someone who has strong experience in either imports or exports (ideally a knowledge of both) and completes customs entries, has experience dealing with galleries, museums, art fairs and private & commercial clients.

  • Use of Descartes / E-Customs software
  • Complete full entries
  • Creating / cutting airway bills
  • Raising & doing T1 discharges
  • Updating customers on their shipments
  • Processing warehouse transfers and customs controlled goods
  • Liaise with airside staff
  • Dealing with air and road freight
