Join International Volunteer HQ’s Sea Turtle Conservation project on the stunning island of Nusa Penida, located off the southeastern coast of Bali. Volunteer from just £16 / day and you’ll gain hands-on experience in turtle care and marine conservation while contributing to the protection and growth of endangered sea turtle populations in Indonesia.
As a Sea Turtle Conservation volunteer, your responsibilities will include:
- Feeding and cleaning turtles.
- Teaching turtles how to catch fish.
- Maintaining and cleaning tanks and equipment.
- Participating in crab-catching activities.
- Assisting with beach and street clean-ups.
- Supporting construction work at the turtle conservation center.
