I’m currently hiring on behalf of a leading broadcast media company to find a talented Network Engineer who’s ready to step into a hands-on, design-led role with real impact. You will be working for a company that assists in broadcasting live sporting events, including the Premier League!

Location: West Drayton

Work Setup: 5 days a week on-site

Salary: Up to £70,000

Hours: Standard 8-hour day plus 1-hour break - Flexible starts between 8–11am

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage networking solutions (routing, switching, firewalls)
  • Support core network infrastructure: Cisco Catalyst 9200/9300, Nexus 5000, FTD under FMC, FortiGate
  • Participate in Weekend support (1 in 5 weekends) with time-off in lieu
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to deliver projects across live broadcast studios and data centres

Experience Required:

Must-Haves:

  • CCNP-level knowledge or equivalent
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, firewalls
  • Strong background in network design
  • Extensive BGP Experience

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic Linux CLI
  • Network automation experience
  • Multicast / Production / Content delivery network exposure
  • FortiGate firewall experience
