You’ll be providing Tax Advisory services to start-ups and scale-ups, to private businesses and FTSE listed multinationals. Each of our clients has different needs and in applying your expertise in different contexts, you’ll develop your skills and gain valuable experience that will serve you throughout your career.

Part of our Global Employer Services division, Share Plans & Incentives takes pride in working with entrepreneurial, fast growing businesses to help them incentivise their workforce. We’re looking for someone with:

  • Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership
  • An in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc
  • Expertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangements
  • Experience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC
  • Staff management and mentoring experience
  • Ability to profitably manage a client portfolio
  • Demonstrable development of new clients and successful selling of new services to existing clients
  • Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives
  • Experience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of fees
  • Interest in the wider HR and human capital drivers and implications of reward
  • Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent
