They are looking for a Property Administrator to join their Brighton team on a full-time basis.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator to join this friendly and collaborative team. In this role, you will assist Property Managers with day-to-day operations, ensuring administrative tasks are handled effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to Property Managers.
- Responding to tenant and landlord queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinating property maintenance, including liaising with contractors and arranging access.
- Preparing and managing property documentation, such as tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and inspection reports.
- Maintaining and updating property records on the database.
- Processing invoices and payments for maintenance and property-related services.
- Scheduling appointments, inspections, and meetings on behalf of the Property Managers.
- Supporting compliance tasks to ensure properties meet regulatory standards.
- Managing general office administration to contribute to a well-organised work environment.
