Turning Point are a leading health and social care social enterprise that provides support for people around drug and alcohol use, mental health, learning disability and autism, sexual health, and employment. We support 197,000 people each year, across 271 locations, and employ over 5,100 colleagues. We are seeking a talented Website & SEO Executive to support the migration of our websites to a headless CMS. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure our web content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand's voice and objectives, whilst also optimising the site to drive traffic, enhance brand visibility and improve conversions. This is a hybrid role with a combination of home working as well as some time in the office - usually once a week. It is initially a 6 months' contract with potential extension to 12 months.

To be considered for the role you will need to have previous website marketing experience and a real passion to support people discover new possibilities in their lives. You need to be a positive and motivated individual whose focus on the user need delivers great work that drives results. You should like being hands on and be keen to ask questions and learn new things. We're also looking for some of the following:
- A working knowledge of website marketing and SEO
- Proficiency with Content Management Systems, including headless CMS
- Confidence in copywriting and content creation, with experience in developing messages and formats across a range of website channels and audiences
- Experience with analytical tools to monitor and improve website performance.
- High IT competency including MS Office
- A passion for supporting people with our range of services, including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, and Substance Use.
