Role – Back-End DeveloperOffice travel – Hybrid (3 Days a week in the office)Location – Central LondonSalary – £80,000 – £90,000 + BenefitsInfinite Talent has partnered with a renewable energy start-up backed by a global business to recruit for two Back-End Developers on a permanent basis.We are seeking two experienced Back-End Developers to work on the in-house Management System and customer-facing app and web portal.Responsibilities:Full Stack Development: Build scalable and secure full-stack applications with Python/FastAPI, focusing on modular, reusable code for the back-end.API & Microservices: Design, develop, and deploy efficient, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using FastAPI, leveraging SQLAlchemy.Performance & Reliability: Optimise system performance and reliability through profiling, debugging, and containerization with Docker for seamless, scalable deployments.Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate effectively with product and design teams to translate business goals into technical requirements, while mentoring junior developers through code reviews and best practices.Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement by staying up to date with industry trends, prototyping new technologies, integrating customer feedback, and defining metrics for product enhancement.Experience Required:Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemyProficient in Docker for containerization and Terraform for infrastructure as code.Proven experience designing scalable APIs and microservices.Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset.If you would like to hear more about this fantastic opportunity, please click apply or send your CV directly to kelly.dayus@infinitetalent.co.uk
