HR AnalystBroughton12 Month Contract – Hybrid£21.51 per hour UmbrellaARM have an exciting opportunity for a HR Analyst to join a global leader in aerospace innovation. You will be required to provide customer-focused support to UK-based colleagues on the telephone and via e-mail on a broad range of personnel administrations matters.The Role:Monitoring the Interface between the Workday and SAP systemsProcessing of all Personnel Administration changes into SAP.Query handling via email and telephoneSupport testing of all future improvements to the Workday toolBe able to work using your own initiative and develop effective solutions to problemsMust be a team player and proactively assist other team members when neededRequirements: Experience of working in a busy office environment Proven customer service experienceWill be required to perform a broad range of administrative duties.Experience of data input, data analysis and handling queries is required and preferably within a payroll environmentExperience of a computerised payroll system – SAP would be preferableThis vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
