Global Veterinary Careers are currently working with a highly reputable veterinary group in North London who are looking to appoint a Clinical Nursing Manager to lead and develop their nursing and client care teams across one hospital site and two smaller branch practices. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with strong leadership skills to step into a largely non-clinical role, where they can truly focus on people, processes, and patient care standards.

The Role:

  • Work closely with the Clinical Director and senior leadership team to embed high-quality clinical and operational standards.
  • Provide daily support and leadership to a team of 11 direct reports across three sites.
  • Use clinical expertise to coach and mentor team members through a range of complex cases and procedures.
  • Be a key voice for the nursing team at a senior level, championing patient safety and care standards.
