Join us at Burnley FC for an exciting 2025/2026 season! We are looking for experienced Hospitality Managers to be part of a dedicated and driven Hospitality Team.
Do you want to be part of an exciting and enthusiastic team of individuals that are the driving force behind the incredible Match Days at Burnley F.C.? This flexible and active role will put you right in the heart of a match day and the exhilarating atmosphere of a stadium, whilst allowing you the flexibility to work around your schedule.
The Role: The role will require you to build strong relationships with regular guests and learn to understand expectations on any given Match Day. Your role will require you to be adaptable as there are several suites including Executive and VIP suites that require an exceptional level of customer service. Burnley F.C Hospitality caters for a variety of guests and provides multiple dining experiences from street food, three course meals to a la carte dining experiences. You will be expected to ensure your operational area is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment in a timely manner prior to service, considering expected guest numbers, service times and any targets given to you. You will be expected to lead briefings for each shift, preparing your team for the day ahead and inspiring them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.

Working Hours: Part-Time Shift Work, Paid Weekly. From Β£16.00 - Β£18.00 per hour (depending on experience). Shifts will be available throughout the year and on various Match days, and times can vary but typically shifts are between 7 - 8 hrs.
